Non-Instructional Substitute Applicants:
Applicants interested in being placed on the Southern Huntingdon County School District’s Non-
Instructional Substitute Listing should contact Celeste Horne at 814-447-5529, ext. 2604.
All substitutes must secure Act 114, Act 34 and Act 151 Clearances and Mandated Reporter
every sixty (60) months.
The hourly rate for substitutes is $10.00 per hour with the exception of LPN substitutes who will
receive a daily rate of $85.00.
