Sports Physicals for Fall Sports 2022

 We will be offering sports physicals on June 7^th and June 13^th.  Physical forms are available in the Nurse’s Office and in the Main Office.  Please have parental signatures and forms completed prior to the day of physicals.

Tuesday June 7^th

          9-10:30      Sr. High Volleyball

          10:30-12    Jr. High Volleyball

          12-1           Jr. High Cheerleading

          1-2              Sr. High Cheerleading

          2-3              Field Hockey & Girls Soccer

Monday June 13^th

          9-11:30      Sr. High Football

          12-2           Jr. High Football

          2-3              Boys Soccer
